requirements

* proven experience in a senior financial management role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
* strong financial modeling, analysis, and reporting skills
* track record of driving financial performance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* deep understanding of budgeting, cash flow, P&L management, and cost control
* proficiency in accounting principles, compliance, and risk management
* experience with ERP and financial tools (e.g. Exact, AFAS, NetSuite, or similar).
* fluent in English (Dutch, French or other languages are a plus)
