Sr. Sales Manager

To be considered, you must have proven experience in luxury fashion wholesale at our level or higher. We’re looking for a highly driven and strategic Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow our wholesale business globally. You will be responsible for managing relationships with our international agents and key accounts, ensuring strong brand representation in showrooms, and driving sales growth in line with our expansion strategy.

This is a senior role where sharp negotiation skills, commercial insight, and deep understanding of luxury fashion wholesale are essential.

Responsibilities

Sales & Strategy

  • Lead wholesale across all regions in alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor and achieve seasonal sales targets.
  • Analyse performance of agents and markets to optimise growth and identify opportunities.


Agent & Account Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for international sales agents.
  • Negotiate commissions, terms, and contracts with agents and retailers.
  • Ensure agents represent the brand in line with our standards and expectations.


Showrooms & Market Weeks

  • Organise and oversee showrooms during Paris, Milan, and other market weeks.
  • Coordinate with agents to ensure proper brand presentation and merchandising.
  • Manage appointments with key buyers and follow up to secure orders.


Communication & Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with design, production, and logistics teams to align sales with product availability and deliveries.
  • Maintain clear reporting to management on sales performance, pipeline, and market feedback.
  • Provide insights on market trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in fashion wholesale, preferably in luxury or contemporary fashion.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network of buyer and retailer relationships is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to lead showroom operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French or Italian is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel frequently for showrooms, meetings, and market development.
