Do I need a ticket or timeslot?

Only for Early Access on April 4 10.00 - 12.00. You will get instructions in your email as an Explorer or Local member on how to access Early Access.

For all other days and times, no ticket is needed but we encourage you to sign up here for updates.

Is there a limit to how many items I can buy?

No, there’s no limit. Feel free to shop as much as you like.

Will there be a queue? What if it rains?

Yes, it’s possible there will be a queue, especially during peak moments. The good news is that the line is indoors, so you’ll stay dry if it rains. To keep things safe and organized, we open the doors for the queue every day at 09:00.

How do I get Early Access?

Explorer & Local members get Early Access.

Join FLÂNEUR+ and reach a spend of €500 before April 2 for access to the Explorer tier.

Tier placement is calculated based on spend in the last 12 months from purchases at flaneur.eu and our Amsterdam Boutique.

Do you restock items daily?

Yes, new items are added every day.

Can I bring a bag?

No, bags are not allowed in the Sample Sale.

Will there be fitting rooms?

No, the Sample Sale will not have fitting rooms and try on's will not be allowed.

How can I pay?

  • You can pay with cash & card
  • No FLC or discounts are allowed for payment 
  • No FLC will be accumulated with Sample Sale purchases 
  • No returns, no exchanges, no refunds

Can I return or exchange?

No.

Will I accumulate FLC?

Sample Sale purchases will not count towards loyalty FLC or tier placement.

Is it worth for me to come every day for the sample sale? 

Yes, definitely. We restock daily with new items, so there’s always something new to discover.

What if I max my card or it’s declined?

There is an atm in the building and we offer cash payments
