What is your return policy?

Please be informed that exchanges and refunds can be requested within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. Kindly note that the returned item must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition, including the original tags and packaging. 

In the case of international returns resulting from refusal or failure to pay duties and taxes, a restocking fee of €25 will be applicable and deducted from the refund amount. 

For items purchased at a discounted price (during a sale period or with a discount code), the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
