Please be informed that exchanges and refunds can be requested within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. Kindly note that the returned item must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition, including the original tags and packaging.
In the case of international returns resulting from refusal or failure to pay duties and taxes, a restocking fee of €25 will be applicable and deducted from the refund amount.
To apply a return please visit our Returns Center. Pack returning items if possible in original box with associated packaging materials.
Please include the form with barcodes inside of the box so we can process your return as quickly as possible. Add the provided 'Return Label' on the outside of the package and bring your parcel to your nearest drop-off location.
