E-Commerce Intern

We’re looking for an intern who’s organised, proactive, and excited to learn how a modern fashion brand runs its digital presence. You’ll support our E-Commerce Lead with day-to-day tasks across the webshop, CRM, digital marketing, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

1. Keep the Webshop Updated & Running Smoothly

  • Update products, collections, pages, text, images, and translations in Shopify; fix small issues to keep the site running smoothly.
  • Create new web pages, update on-site copy, and support the translation process across languages.
  • Assist with on-site improvements to enhance conversion and user experience.


2. Email & CRM Execution

  • Build and update newsletters in Klaviyo using drag-and-drop templates.
  • Help organise copy, visuals, and weekly email sends.
  • Support basic loyalty program tasks and simple customer segmentation needs.


3. Support Customer Experience

  • Liaise with customer service when needed and help resolve simple questions.
  • Keep FAQ and customer-service-related pages accurate and up to date.


4. Assist Across E-Commerce & Marketing Operations

  • Support ongoing projects across digital marketing, content, and e-commerce.
  • Keep internal systems (Asana, documentation, content folders) structured and organised.
  • Step in on day-to-day tasks as needed to help keep operations running smoothly.
  • Maintain reporting updated 
Qualifications

  • Strong English (German / Dutch is a plus).
  • Organised, fast learner, and comfortable with digital tools.
  • Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, fashion, and AI.
  • Eye for detail and aesthetics.
