You can earn points in several ways. You earn 10 FLC* for every €1 spent, both online and at our boutique. After signing up, visit your account page to see the activities you can complete to collect additional points.

Yes, earlier purchases linked to your email address will be included in your coin balance. For boutique purchases without an email, you can upload your receipt to your account to receive those coins.  

You can redeem your coins in the checkout. Use the discount options directly above your cart total to choose the amount you would like to apply, then click the "APPLY" button.

Yes, you can redeem your coins in our boutique in Amsterdam. Our team will be happy to help you with your questions regarding our loyalty program.

If you use your coins towards a purchase and later decide to return that item, your coins will be credited back to your account.

For example, if you use a €10 reward towards a €130 purchase that you decide to return, the €120 balance will be refunded to your credit card, and the €10 reward credit will be deposited back into your account as FLC.

No, your coins will not expire. 

Your tier status, however, depends on the FLC you earn from purchases within a 12-month period.

Once you reach a tier, Tourist, Explorer, or Local, your status remains active for one year from the date you achieved it

Tier levels are based on your total spend, so maintaining your tier requires meeting the minimum spend within that period. Keep engaging with FLÂNEUR+ to maintain your status, or move even higher.
