Sales Associate – de Bijenkorf (Shop-in-Shop)

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Flâneur, located within de Bijenkorf as a shop-in-shop. In this role, you will deliver an exceptional shopping experience, embody the brand’s values, and assist clients with personalized styling and product recommendations. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, offering flexibility within a dynamic luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by providing tailored styling advice and expert product knowledge.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer loyalty.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of our collections and brand story to enhance the client experience.
• Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the shop-in-shop remains beautifully presented at all times.
• Support inventory management, including stock organization and replenishment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of client service.
• Contribute to in-store events and VIP client experiences to strengthen brand engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service.
• Strong fashion sense and styling expertise.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Passion for the brand and a deep understanding of luxury fashion.
