Art Director Assistent

We are looking for a great creative and detail-oriented Assistant Art Director to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design, image creation, and product-focused visual storytelling. A non-ego mentality is a must. Your main role will be to support the Art Director in developing and executing visual concepts across a variety of media, product and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by providing tailored styling advice and expert product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer loyalty.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our collections and brand story to enhance the client experience.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the boutique remains beautifully presented at all times.
  • Support inventory management, including stock organization and replenishment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of client service.
  • Contribute to boutique events and VIP client experiences to strengthen brand engagement.

 

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in a design or art direction role (agency or in-house).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, image-making, and product visual development.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or other digital design tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of visual composition, typography, color theory, and brand systems.
  • Experience within the process of making creative assets for product launches, campaigns, packaging, or editorial content.
  • Ability to assist/produce and take occasional lead in photoshoots, image curation, and content creation across digital and print.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams includingmarketing, product, and content.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

 

Bonus:

  • Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
  • Familiarity with 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles
