Until when can I order to receive my packages by Christmas?

Receive your orders by the 24th of December when ordering before:

- EU: when order is placed by the 22nd of December, 15:00 CET
- Non EU: when order is placed by the 18th of December, 15.00 CET

Until when can I return?

All December orders can be returned until January 5th.

Which payment methods do you accept?

FLÂNEUR provides a variety secure payment options to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Payments can be made via Apple Pay, credit card, debit card, PayPal, Ideal, Bancontact, and Sofort. Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express, and Mastercard.

When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card. The name of the account holder must match he name of the person placing the order. This verification process helps to protect against unauthorized use of credit cards and ensures the security of transactions. In case the billing address does not correspond to the address linked to your credit card, the order may not be processed.

All transactions are secured. To maintain an added layer of security, the FLÂNEUR website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data. Rest assured that FLÂNEUR does not store any credit card information, further enhancing the security measures in place.

Can I adjust or cancel my order?

Once finalized (i.e., payment confirmed) your order will immediately be forwarded to our warehouse to be picked, packaged and shipped. This means it is not possible to adjust or cancel the order.

You can return your order, within 14 days after delivery, via our Return Center. Or refuse the parcel at the door upon delivery, so the carrier will return the parcel to our warehouse. Once the return has been processed in our warehouse, you will receive a refund.

What are the delivery methods?

FLÂNEUR offers FREE worldwide and same-day shipping for all orders placed before 4 PM CET. We ship to the Netherlands and worldwide with DHL, ensuring the fastest and most reliable service. Kindly refer to the following shipping rates provided:

NL/BE - DHL (1-3 Business Days)
EU - DHL Express (1-3 Business Days)
UK - DHL Express (1-3 Business Days)
UK - Orders over €250 via DHL Express (1-3 Business Days)
USA/CANADA - DHL Express (1-4 Business Days)
WORLDWIDE - DHL Express (2-4 Business Days)

Custom Taxes and Duties for non-EU countries are not included and not covered.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

FLÂNEUR ensures a seamless order experience by maintaining clear communication. As soon as your shipment is confirmed, we will promptly furnish you with a tracking link. This link will enable you to conveniently monitor the progress and whereabouts of your delivery, ensuring you stay well-informed every step of the way.

Do I have to pay import duties?

You will not be required to pay import duties for orders originating from the European Union (EU). However, if you have placed an order from a location outside of the European Union (EU), there may be a chance that import duties are applicable for the successful delivery of your order.

Please note that FLÂNEUR cannot assume responsibility for any potential import duties associated with your order. Consequently, we strongly advise you to review your country's customs regulations before making a purchase.

My parcel is returned by the carrier, what now?

The shipping and delivery is out of our control. When the carrier isn't able to deliver a parcel, it will be returned to sender. The returned parcel will be unpacked and processed within 14 days by our warehouse, so it isn't possible to resend the order. You will receive a refund and you can place a new order if you would like to receive the item(s).

What is your return policy?

Please be informed that refunds can be requested within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. Kindly note that the returned item must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition, including the original tags and packaging.

In the case of international returns resulting from refusal or failure to pay duties and taxes, a restocking fee of €25 will be applicable and deducted from the refund amount.

How can I return my order as a EU customer?

To apply a return, please visit our Return Center. Here you can also purchase a return label with your preferred carrier. Pack the returning items (if possible) in the original box with associated packaging materials.

Please include the form with barcodes inside of the box so we can process your return as quickly as possible. Add the return label on the outside of the box and bring your parcel to your nearest drop-off location. The return label is not complimentary, return shipping costs are not covered.

How can I return my order as a non-EU customer?

For returns, please pick the courier and shipping service of your preference. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

To apply a return, please visit our Returns Center. Pack returning items if possible in original box with associated packaging materials. Please include the form with barcodes inside of the box so we can process your return as quickly as possible. Add the 'Return Parcel Form' on the outside of the box and bring your parcel to the courier and shipping service of your preference. The return label is not complimentary, return shipping costs are not covered.

What are the costs to return?

The return label is not complimentary and are not covered by FLÂNEUR. The costs depends on the shipping company and country that you ship it from. Please visit our Return Center to register your return and purchase a return label.

Can I return my online order in the boutique?

All online purchases from our webshop can't be returned in our Amsterdam boutique. To apply a return, please visit our Return Center.

Can I exchange?

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange your item(s). You will receive a refund when the returned items are processed. Please place a new order if you would like to receive the item(s) in the other size.

When can I expect my refund?

Please check the tracking link of your return shipment to see when your return is delivered to our warehouse. From this day, it will be processed within 14 days. We always refund on the same payment method that was used during the purchase.
